Payouts are based on a variety of criteria including brand, item age, condition & stock levels.

We apologize that we cannot purchase everything!

Following are a few tips that will help to maximize your payout:

- Merchandise should be less than 5 years old, clean, and free of stains and pet hair

- Pair outfits and coordinating accessories together

- Make sure all zippers, buckles and buttons are in working order

- While we do buy all seasons year round, your maximum payout for fall and winter clothes will be August through December.  Maximum payout for spring and summer clothes will be January through June.

- We will not buy during our semi-annual FRENZY sale
